WEEMS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION (Plantation & Gardens) Dear Homeowner: Resident participation is critical to your HOA. On November 14, 2009 we will be holding elections in accordance with our HOA bylaws (the HOA bylaws are available at http://www.weemshoa.com). If you meet the eligibility requirements and are interested in running for a board position, please fill out the form below and return it to one of the following individuals by 9/21/2009. If you do decide to run, there will be a venue at this year’s HOA picnic/Oktoberfest for you to introduce yourself to the residents and say a few words on why you are running.
